Free One Year Warranty

Sweetfeel Jewelry has a high-quality certification standard for all items, which need to pass strict quality inspection before shipping. All jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the day the order was delivered. If you need jewelry repair, please submit a ticket to our customer service with your email, order number, pictures of the items, and a description of the issues.

Terms and conditions:

1. All orders can be repaired within one year from the day the order was delivered.
2. The warranty only covers normal wear. Deformations and damages caused by accident, abuse, or unauthorized modification are out of our warranty.
3. Sweetfeel won't be responsible for stolen items, lost items, or missing parts after the order is finished, which exceeds our warranty policy.
4. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Sweetfeel.
5. The customer must use a trackable shipping method to ship the items back. Sweetfeel is not responsible for a lost package.
